PE 2017 Gymnastics #3

Today I hope to go on the bounce pad

I achieved my goal of going on the bounce pad and it was a load of fun because of a number of people on the mat made it really squishy so when you landed it make you fall.

I had fun doing gymnastics this year and I look forward to it next year.

Gymnastics - PE 2017 #2

9/12/17

By the end of this period, I want to be able to do everything on the beam. I didn't achieve this because my group didn't do the beam activity but next week I hope to do this. Although I didn't do the beam PE was still fun because it was funny trying to hoist myself onto the bars

Gymnastics - PE 2017

Today in PE we did some work on gymnastics. We had a go the beam and forward and backward rolls. I enjoyed it because I had to push myself to the limits in the rolls (even though I still can't do them). It was also funny to watch other people attempt them. I think next time I could have a better try at the forward and backward rolls.

The Uses Of Empathy And It's Importance

LO: Describe the changes, challenges and needs of adolescents with respect to the 4 dimensions of Hauora.

Empathy: The ability to understand someone else's feelings as if they are you own.

Empathy doesn't mean that you have to have lost something or had something happen to you the same as the person in the situation to empathize. Empathy is not a gift, you have to build up your empathy to truly empathize. Empathy can help people and change their lives even when it doesn't happen to you.

Empathy is important because often you use it without knowing. Empathy can make he difference between friend and enemy.
