- The buildings in the 1920s were very grand and large, such as the Chrysler Building (which by the way was built in 1928)
- Fashion was very showy and glamorous in the 20's, where it was uncommon for a dress to be without sparkles
- In the 1920's women were expected to entertain the men as well as do their chores. Men were, however, unable to legally drink alcohol
- Men would often go to speakeasy's and shows to watch women dance and sing for entertainment

The names Malone, Bugsy Malone
In Musical theatre, we are learning the musical Bugsy Malone. it is set in 1920 about a man who tries to make his way through a gang war.
